• Schedule a 30-minute consultation call
• Complete and return the "Website Start-Up" Form
• Within 12-24 hours, you will receive a "Website Checklist Questionnaire" listing details of both packages (Youngs and GoDaddy), a checklist requesting items needed to begin, credit/debit card information for payment, and then a signature of the agreement.

The basic items to provide are:

• Logo (JPG format)
• High-quality PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS 
• Business information/address/phone number
• Product details (price, size, etc.)
• Names of Tabs/Sections 

Once I receive your Website Start-Up Form, your answers will determine EVERYTHING I will need to begin. After the 1st Revision, the changes made will then require more items.

Depending on what package you choose, and how long it takes for requested information to be received, your turnaround time can range from 5-7 business days. 

Beginning the 1st business day AFTER ALL REQUIRED items have been received!!

There are NO refunds. Please be sure you are ready to move forward before submitting payment.

It is sometimes possible to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send a message as soon as possible, and I will reach out to let you know if or when space is available to move forward in processing a rush order.

Licensing for all assets will be included on your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final revision has been made.

While building your website, we incorporate compelling content that answers the searcher's query by optimizing keywords within your titles and descriptions for each page to attract searchers & engines.

No! You are responsible for either month-to-month or annual payment.
Upon completion of your website, I will include the billing date and amount of payment that is due with the completed package.

Yes! The website is mobile friendly!

Yes! However, if you already have a domain and wish to retain the information you currently have, it is possible to transfer that domain (which takes up to 7 days) and create a new website.

Yes! I can port the domain to the host you choose and manage it on your behalf. If desired, you can choose to keep your existing domain registrar and direct it to the website we build.

GoDaddy does offer a professional email account via Microsoft 365. The product is offered free for the first year, then will automatically renew for the regular cost along with your domain name, and website package.

Yes! I provide you with a comprehensive video tutorial to help you learn your way around, as well as provide you with a training session.

If you purchase:

• Starter Package-$30/month
• Silver Package-3 months at no charge ($30 afterward)
• Gold Package- 6 months at no charge ($30 afterward)

A website design is quoted based on the needs of your business. The cost can range anywhere from $500 to $3,000 or more, depending on what your business needs.  

Youngs Solutions LLC designs and develops custom websites specifically based on that assessment. Our sites average $699 – $1299 but can be more or less depending on the needs and time needed to design your website.
